I was informed on a Locals podcast, the host of which I have followed for two years. The host had her own case up for conference, dealing with the rights of independent candidates to get on the ballot, have poll observers, and monitor the counting of ballots (this guaranteed in the Ohio Constitution). The goal was to expose the corrupt Republican party and the machines. I guess she and her lawyers were informed. Much better than the letter I sent. I am now grieving the failure of our cowardly SCOTUS judges, that not even 4 of them could vote to move this case forward, as well as several other cases of import to freedom-loving citizens.
Ugh. Never mind. I see they just slipped in "January 9 Petition Denied." We should recall their unconstitutional behinds. Although the Brunson brothers have another filing up their collective sleeve. What a disgrace, though. It was a cut-and-dried case wherein the defendants flouted the law. The vigilantes just got that much closer to being activated (by the constant barrage of injustices, not by me or anyone else).
